Mount Rainier Round Trip - Part Four:
Leaving the Park and turning northwards

| First going west through Snoqualmie National Forest to get back to "sivilisation". Nice flowers too... |

 Nice that someone takes care of old trains. |
 Getting closer to Tacoma traffic starts building up. |

| While driving north Interstate 5 there were allways distant mountains with snow to the east. But it started to get late so it was time to find a place to stay for the night. |
|
 We found Holyday Inn in Bellingham right south of the US/Canadian border. |
 Here next morning we are loading up to continue. |

| Before entering Canada we stopped at the US Customs' office to check procedures for returning to the US. The message was "no problems" so we continued passing the "border stone". |
